T.W.TAN’s Web Portal is a new, innovative way to make your tanning salons easier to handle and more efficient to control on what you want to order. You can now log on anywhere at anytime to look at your account and past invoices to see lotion trends, current specials and manufacturer programs.
Password Protected – This important feature allows your business to be monitored for your eyes only.
Tracks Rebates – The Web Portal will track your rebate information for you with up to date invoices so you can watch your money grow. It will also give you time tables for the rebates.
Invoice Maintenance – The Web Portal will allow you to look up previous and current invoices so you can see what lotions are on their way and how much you have ordered for upcoming sales. It will also track your orders so you know when you should expect your delivery.
Account History – The Web Portal will also track Year to Date Sales from all manufacturers and you can even check previous years to see how your sales are improving. You can also check individual lotions sold by each manufacturer for your salons so you will know right away what the trends are and this will give you a better idea if you need to inspire sales on a certain product to feature as a special promotion.
Current Specials – The Web Portal will give the salon owner current information and reminders on all specials that are provided through T.W.TAN and the manufacturers. You can also look through our database for lotions with a couple simple clicks. Looking for a new bronzer lotion? Just click bronzer and all the lotions that T.W.TAN sells with bronzer in them will be listed.
